Boy Scouts Clean up – COVID-19 conflicts currently
Opening Day discussion
Fiscally we’re doing ok but the funds will have to last through to next may if we can’t open.
We need to consider what the prorating dates are and what are “trigger” points for different potential opening dates
Need to consider will lifeguards be around and available if we open later, there is not lifeguard training happening across the state right now causing hiring issues
Chemicals can be ordered for the pool later – but TP and cleaning supplies are an issue at this time because we generally get them from Costco.
RePlastering on schedule?
Because of COVID-19 they were possibly a little behind. Should still be around April 20 that they will be done. Will be before opening
Once it is done it has to have everyday attention with brushing, vacuuming, and chemical adjustment to properly cure the plaster for 3 weeks. Water does not have to be heated
Will be finished either this week or this weekend.
Discussed with Larry President of NEIA
Bid that we have is $11,000
Need to look into insurance and deductible
It is still very stable – we are a bit concerned about our financials due to the COVID-19 and impact it may have on revenue
Denver water cross contamination issue
Working on contacting Denver water and understanding what it is they need/want.
Get to Carey
Fun in the Sun – not glossy
Family Nights – maybe just food trucks depending on what we do with opening.
Safety Grant – sent all the possible options for the reimbursement to them: playground pods, window, security items, benches
Exit lights in the club house need to be replaced and are a safety issue
Dumpster- change to weekly pick-up, effective May.
Tennis Courts Crack fill estimates
Any parking lot repair this year – no COVID-19 is causing fiscal concerns.
Swim team –
We are hoping to do the league depending on if we open. Team wants to swim.
Ken Caryl pool is way behind on their construction of the pool
Nothing really changes besides being on hold for COVID
Change Tennis Lock combo – Tennis courts are CLOSED right now to be in line with the spirit of the stay at home order. Availability will be based on any continuing orders by the Colorado Department of Health
