Attendance: Carey Wirtzfeld, Peggy Merrill, Janice Bird, Kacey Pickard, Preston Faiks
Review Minutes –  Motion to approve July Minutes by Peggy.  Second by Janice. Passed
Events -  Last Family Night for the Season is Aug 13.  Labor Day BBQ, Aug Pool Pizza Party
Treasurers' Report –  Received Revenue/Expenditures report.  Rental report. 
Board Member Reports- 

    1. Carey -  

      1. Issues around the Tennis courts

        1. THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW CONCERNING INCIDENTS ON THE PROPERTY AND WE WANT TO REMAIN SAFE.  PARENTS PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE, WHO THEY ARE WITH, AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING.  IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SAFE BY BEING AWARE.  

      2. Memberships and walk up are down this year.  It was a cold year.

      3. WiFi Internet for pool 

        1. We have to determine if they are billing us correctly to then make a call if it is cost effective to keep internet all year or to cancel when pool is closed.  We must have a long distance phone line and a regular phone line all year for security purposes.

      4. August Pool Days Change – Pool closed on Aug 16.  And only open Sat and Sunday after that. 

      5. What other contracts need to be redone for next season?

        1. Tennis with Matt goes through 2021

        2. Tennis Maintenance

        3. Shoveling Contract 

        4. Cleaning Clubhouse goes through December 2019

        5. Clubhouse Manager goes through December 2019

        6. New Pool Contract (Peggy will reach out to see if there are other bids but we are very happy with All Star pools) Must be done in September.

      6. We are going to see if we can use credit cards next year to get rid of the cash part of business

      7. End of Season Survey

        1. Would moving to a no cash system be a concern

      8. Pool Pizza party for members 

        1. Pick up of first batch and then deliver second batch at 6:00 (half and half) (

        2. Order from Roberts 10 cheese, 6 pep, 6 sausage, 5 veg, 3 combo - $11.25 per pie

    2. Janice- 

      1. Painting Slide/Railings Estimate – in process

      2. Tennis Court Crack Fill – 

        1. Sportcourt completed project.

        2. 2/3 need to get the concrete redone – USTA grant maybe to get it done

      3. Change Dumpster Pickup

        1. Change to once a month for the winter

      4. Benches for Women's locker room – delivered and in process  

      5. Get the last bond payment on Aug 15

    3. Peggy- 

      1. Swim Team Updates 

        1. Finished second in league and second in our division in state.  

        2. Great season!!!

      2. Getting quote on slide resurfacing – in process

      3. Tennis Courts 

        1. Janice get Chain Link Fence repair estimate

          1. Sport court is looking into if they can fix it

      4. Mulch for the path – in pass

      5. Entry Way 

        1. Check on sprinkler system

    4. Kacey- 

      1. August Family Night

        1. Need to block parking spots for the truck

        2. Truck needs a plug in

        3. Have wrist bands

        4. Plan to do some kind of cash/food giveaway with truck – ideas?

        5. Send out notice to pool members the day before and the day of?

      2. Post a sign for pool hours change

    5. Preston –    

      1. Website – will banner family night.
